Every corporation for maintaining long- term customer relationships in terms of retention and loyalty, certainly considers satisfaction as one its major objective it not results into retaining the customers who generate revenues but also supports business firms to relieve their social obligations towards segment society. To remain economically socially viable, every firm is looking forward incorporate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) agenda so achieve enhanced satisfaction. The rapid advancement Artificial Intelligence (AI) has opened new ways perform CSR times competitive environment bring increased several firms. Many companies are using AI strategically enhance efficiency widen scope improved But question arises here how can make use techniques increasing through this environment? present research paper address by proposing that applicability such machine learning, neural networks, predictive analysis ,visual searching ,chatbots ,sentiment etc., will help corporations deliver abundant benefits target This throws light on driven result augmented environment. study carried out with secondary sources like conceptual empirical papers, books websites explore concept.
